Madagascar 2 : Escape to Afica

The film opens in the past, where Zuba ), the leader of a lion pride, teaches his infant son, Alakay (Alex) how to protect himself. Alakay is trapped by poachers, and Zuba chases the hunters, but loses track of his son. Alakay's crate falls into a river which carries it to the sea. His crate drifts to New York City where he is put on display in the Central Park Zoo.

The movie cuts to the present, picking up where Madagascar left off. Alex, Marty, Melman, and Gloria are boarding an airplane that will be catapulted with a gigantic slingshot. King Julien and Maurice go with them. Midway through the trip, the penguins discover they are out of fuel, but manage a gentle crash landing in an African wildlife reserve. They all disperse and meet their species, while the penguins stay at the crash site and repair the plane.

Alex reunites with his father Zuba, and mother Florrie . Zuba's rival Makunga intends to use Alex so he can steal the throne for himself. Alex is tricked by Makunga into choosing an exceedingly large and muscular lion as an opponent in his right-of-passage trial for membership in the pride. Alex mistakes the test for a dance-off, and is easily defeated. Makunga assumes the throne when Zuba, despite his disappointment with Alex, refuses to banish his son, and is himself banished along with Florrie.

Meanwhile, Marty joins a herd of zebras, but discovers that each of the zebras is exactly like him, which makes him question how unique he is. Gloria gossips with other female hippos, and meets Moto Moto as a potential mate. Melman becomes a giraffe herd's new witch doctor and helps animals with diseases and wounds. His new friends convince him he has "Witch Doctor's Disease" and has only two more days to live. Julian develops a following, particularly from the flamingos.

Alex and Melman talk over their problems with a zebra they think is Marty. Marty arrives and takes offense that Alex cannot tell him from one of his "clones". Gloria tries to warm up to Moto Moto in a secluded pool, but realizes that he is only attracted to her "plumpness". Melman makes the best of his last hours by facing Moto Moto and telling him to take care of Gloria for all the great qualities he himself sees in her, which moves Gloria.

When the waterhole dries up, all the animals panic. Alex sets out to find the location where the water is clogged, and makes up with Marty, who goes with him. They trace it to a dam that New York vacationers had built to support themselves off the reserve after getting lost in the jungle, led by Nana the Old Lady. Alex is caught by the humans, but Zuba rushes in in the nick of time. Alex "intimidates" the humans by performing as he had done in the zoo, and the humans recognize him as the same one from the zoo. Zuba realizes the importance of Alex's gift and joins in with him.

Meanwhile, Julian proposes the animals make a sacrifice to a volcano to bring the water back, and Melman volunteers. Just before he jumps into the volcano, Gloria runs in and asks Melman about his confessions. Marty then arrives, and reports that Alex has been captured by the humans. Gloria and Melman head off the reserve with the Penguins using the repaired airplane. Despite Nana's efforts to defend the dam, the penguins destroy it, and the water is brought back to the waterhole. Simultaneously, Mort arrives at the volcano, pursued by a shark. The shark inadvertently sacrifices himself, falling into the volcano just as the now undammed river restores he water hole. Julian is impressed at how fast the gods respond.

Makunga is removed from the throne, being chased away by Nana after Alex tricks him into taking her handbag. Zuba offers to give Alex the throne, and he accepts. The giraffes discover that their previous witch doctor was only missing (now he returned), and that Melman will not die. Gloria realizes she loves Melman. All four friends decide to stay in Africa with Alex's family, as do Julian and Maurice, while the penguins take off in the plane for Skipper's honeymoon (Skipper married a bobblehead doll found on the plane). The lions and their friends dance off into the sunset.

Eagle Eye

Almost 1 month since me and dear watch the last movie at cinema, because there is no any exciting movie to catch. So yesterday dear decided to watch Eagle eye.
Plot

The film begins with the armed forces getting a lead on a suspected terrorist in the middle east. As the man is a recluse, getting a positive ID proves difficult, and the DOD's computer system recommends that the mission be aborted. From continued aerial surveillance of the area, the suspect is apparently attending a funeral but the possibility that it is a façade makes those present all nervous - the system continues to recommend abort.

The Secretary of Defense agrees with the abort recommendation, but the President orders the mission be carried out anyway. This turns into a political backlash when all those killed turn out to be civilians, and retaliatory bombings are carried out in response.

The scene abruptly shifts to Chicago, to the life of Jerry Shaw , who not only lacks any real direction in his life, but also faces great financial difficulty. He gets a phone call from his parents telling him that his twin brother, Ethan, is dead.

Following the funeral, Jerry gets a $1,000 check from his dad. When Jerry tries to deposit the check and withdraw some money from the ATM, he is surprised to see that he has $751,000 in his account. When he returns home he finds his apartment filled with a large amount of weapons, explosives, and forged documents. He receives a phone call from an unknown woman, who explains that the FBI is about to apprehend him in thirty seconds and that he must escape.

Not believing her, he is caught by the FBI, led by Agent Thomas Morgan and Air Force Office of Special Investigations Special Agent Zoe Perez . The unknown woman arranges Jerry's escape and has him join up with single mother Rachel Holloman.

Holloman is being coerced into helping by the woman, who threatens to kill her son, Sam, a trumpet player on his way to Washington, D.C. from Chicago for a band recital.
The woman helps the pair to avoid the police and FBI units, demonstrating the ability to remotely control virtually any networked device, such as traffic lights, cell phones, and even automated cranes. While Jerry and Rachel follow her instructions, the woman has a crystal explosive made into a necklace and its sound-based trigger placed inside Sam's trumpet. Jerry and Rachel are led from Chicago to Washington, D.C. via Indianapolis and Dayton through various means.

Along the way, they are introduced to the woman, who is actually a top secret super-computer called ARIA tasked with gathering intelligence from all over the world. ARIA, the overtaken computer, can control virtually anything electronic to that end. In light of the mistake made by the President at the beginning of the film, ARIA has decided that the executive branch is a threat to the public good and must be eliminated. ARIA plans to destroy the President's Cabinet, and calls this Operation Guillotine.

It has decided to leave the Secretary of Defense, who agreed with its recommendation to abort, as the successor to the presidency. She does not reveal this to Jerry or Rachel, merely explaining that she is trying to help the people of the United States...

At the Pentagon, where ARIA is housed, Agent Perez discovers that Ethan worked as a technician for the computer and locked it down to prevent ARIA from carrying out her plan. Perez warns the Secretary of Defense and they discuss the situation in a sealed room to prevent ARIA from hearing their conversation. Jerry and Rachel arrive at the Pentagon and are led to the super computer, where ARIA forces Jerry to impersonate Ethan and use an override code allowing her to go ahead with the plan.

Jerry observes CCTV footage displaying Ethan's fatal car crash (due to sabotaged traffic lights) realising ARIA orchastrated Ethan's death since his twin could've stopped her. She then instructs Rachel to eliminate Jerry to prevent the lock from being reinstated, but Rachel cannot bring herself to do it. Rachel is led out of the building by ARIA while Jerry is caught by Agent Morgan. Having been warned by Agent Perez, Morgan believes Jerry's story and takes him to the United States Capitol. On their way, however, ARIA sends an MQ-9 Reaper UCAV after them. Agent Morgan sacrifices himself to destroy the craft and save Jerry.

Meanwhile, Agent Perez returns to the super computer and is successful in destroying it (by piercing her positronic cpu), but not before ARIA uploads roughly a quarter of its memory to another location. Rachel is given the explosive necklace and sent to watch the President's speech. Sam's class, whose recital has been moved from the Kennedy Center to the Capitol for the President's State of the Union Address, begins to play.

The trigger that will set off the explosive necklace is set to activate when Sam plays a high F on his trumpet corresponding to the word "free" in the last verse of the U.S. national anthem. Jerry successfully infiltrates the vicinity and fires Morgan's pistol into the air, stopping the performance and emptying the room just as Sam starts to play the the F, but provoking a Secret Service agent to shoot him in the shoulder.

In the aftermath of the chaos ARIA caused, the Secretary of Defense urges that another super computer should not be built. Ethan posthumously receives the Medal of Honor while Jerry, injured but alive and well, receives the Congressional Gold Medal. The film ends with Jerry attending Sam's birthday party. Jerry gives Sam the video game Rock Band and Sam and his friends go off and play it. Rachel thanks him for attending and kisses him on the cheek. She then tells Jerry that she is glad that he is there. After a second of silence, Jerry tells her, "Me too," and the film ends.

Penelope

Wednesday night again, me and dear went to movie. We went for Penelope, is a romantic comedy. (warning this movie is non-halal)

Movie Plot:-

Generations ago, an embittered witch placed a curse on the Wilhern family because their son had impregnated her daughter, one of their servants. The son offered marriage but his family refused and married him off to another. The witch's daughter, overwrought, threw herself off a cliff.

The witch then cursed the Wilherns in such a way that would result in the next girl born into the clan having the face of a pig. For generations, only sons were born into the family, until approximately twenty-five years ago when Penelope was born, stricken with the curse. It is said that the curse can only be lifted if one of her own learns to love her, which is interpreted by her parents to mean a blueblood--i.e. a person from an established wealthy family.

When a tabloid reporter named Lemon begins stalking the family to get a photograph of the infant Penelope, her parents, Jessica and Franklin, cloister their daughter away in their mansion, where Penelope spends her life immersing herself in intellectual pursuits such as literature, horticulture and music.

Now an adult, Penelope's parents attempt to introduce her to possible rich suitors, hoping that one of them will fall in love with her and break the curse. Unfortunately, every man who lays eyes on the girl takes flight at first sight, never to return, including Edward Humphrey Vanderman III, a spoiled, cruel-hearted snob who finds her repulsive.

Vanderman teams up with Lemon and the team goes out to find someone who can get into the house for a picture. They mistakenly take Johnny, an unrepentant gambler with a heavy heart, for Max , who agrees to help Lemon and Vanderman snatch a photograph of her for money. When "Max" meets Penelope, however, he is unexpectedly caught off guard by her disarming charm, and decides to renege on his agreement with Lemon and Vanderman, realizing that their attempt to exploit Penelope is repugnant.

Penelope, however, interprets Max's ambivalence to mean that he too finds her monstrous. She decides to flee the protection of her parents' home, and journeys out into the city, naive and ignorant of the world from which she has been sequestered her entire life. Having no money, and seeing that Lemon and Vanderman are publicly offering a reward to anyone who can produce a photograph of her, she decides to collect on the reward by producing a photo of herself, essentially coming out of hiding to the public.

Vanderman's father, seeing the public's fondness for Penelope and embarrassed by his son's vocal cruelty toward her, coerces Edward into proposing to her. Penelope nearly marries him, but backs out of the wedding at the last minute. When her mother urges her to marry him, lest she be forced spend the rest of her life with her current appearance, Penelope exasperatedly tells her mother that she likes herself the way she is. At that moment, she is enveloped by magical energy, and when it dissipates, her pig snout and ears are gone.

Penelope moves on with her life, becoming a horticulturist and teacher, the spectacle of her former appearance forgotten by the public. At a costume party at which she wears a porcine mask, she meets Johnny, who, unaware of her transformation, apologizes for not being able to break her curse, although it is obvious he is still in love with her. After removing her mask and revealing that she had the power to break the curse all along, the two begin a romance.
The film ends with Johnny pushing Penelope on a swing after teaching a horticultural class. Lemon, the reporter, is about to take a picture on a nearby paddle boat and decides to call it even for once.

You Don't Mess With the Zohan

another morning show for me and dear. This is a funny movie and alot of sex joke. a must watch movie too. another thing - Mariah Carey as guess star. This movie should to be 18PL but Malaysian Censorship Board put it as U with PG13 >.<"
The movie begins with Zohan , a Mossad agent, on vacation at Bat Yam beach (Tel Aviv) attracting several women and capturing the attention of every beach-goer with his Hacky Sack prowess. He cooks fish in the nude (using copious amounts of hummus) for himself, his friend and several women. As he finishes cooking, an Israeli Defense Forces helicopter arrives, stealing him away from his presumed well-earned vacation.

During a subsequent briefing, Zohan expresses his displeasure about having his vacation cut short. After being heckled by his officer, he eventually agrees to do yet another mission of recapturing a key Palestinian terrorist, the "Phantom" , who had been freed by the Israeli government in exchange for a captured Mossad agent, plus an additional "to-be-named-later" spy. Later, as Zohan expresses his desire to leave Israel and become a hairdresser in New York City, his wishes are met with laughter by his mother and his father, who had fought in Israel's Six-Day War.

The disgruntled Zohan fakes his own death during the pursuit of the Phantom, who is tricked into believing he had killed Zohan. Zohan smuggles himself into a flight to New York City in a pet crate of two dogs named Scrappy and Coco. Changing his hairstyle into a 1980s Paul Mitchell's Avalon style and taking "Scrappy Coco" as a new alias, he sets out to pursue his dreams in the Big Apple.

Initially unsuccessful in getting hired at an upscale Paul Mitchell salon (as well as an African American salon and a children's salon), Zohan's military expertise earns him a new friend, Michael , who gives him a place to stay. However, Michael feels uncomfortable with Zohan's sexual activities with Michael's mother, Gail . Zohan's passion for 1970s disco runs him into a fellow Israeli named Uri , a Zohan fan who is aware of Scrappy Coco's true identity but agrees to keep it a secret. Uri introduces him to a block in lower Manhattan filled with Middle Eastern Americans, who are split between a Palestinian side and an Israeli side of the street.

Zohan attempts to land a job in a struggling salon of a Palestinian woman named Dhalia . After first only allowing the ostentatious Zohan to sweep floors for free, she eventually allows him to be a stylist after he pleases a senior lady with a satisfactory haircut and back room sexual service. Zohan's reputation spreads instantly among the elder women of lower Manhattan, who comment that "besides the sex, he gives a pretty good haircut." Dhalia's business booms, upsetting Walbridge , a corporate magnate who has been trying to force out all the local tenants on the block so that he may build a huge mall. Zohan brags to his colleague Claude that he has a big one, which is understood as big penis, but he meant big amount of pubic hair.

Eventually Zohan is identified by a Palestinian cab driver named Salim , whose goat Zohan had stolen after Salim threw his shoe at Zohan and spit in his face. Salim convinces his friends to help him exact revenge on Zohan. He rebuffs their advice to "let the professionals" take care of it because Salim wants the glory of killing Zohan for himself. He and his friends decide to build a bomb, but they are unsure how to do so. Thinking that they need "chemicals," Salim and his friends walk into a pharmacy and try to ask for liquid nitroglycerin. Hearing Salim's mispronunciation, the pharmacist instead presents Salim with Neosporin. Seeing that the Neosporin doesn't destroy Zohan's workplace, Salim reluctantly informs Phantom through a Hezbollah hotline. Now a successful fastfood chain owner, Phantom then pays a visit to New York to hunt Zohan down.

Meanwhile, Zohan realizes that he has fallen in love with Dhalia when he discovers that he has unexplainable erectile disfunction except in her presence. However, Dhalia rejects Zohan's feelings for her after he reveals he was formerly an Israeli counter-terrorist operative. Zohan decides to leave Dhalia and confront the Phantom in a Hacky Sack game. His fight is cut short with sudden news of the Middle Eastern block being attacked by racist white arsonists dressed in Arabic clothing. (The arsonists are hired by Walbridge to instigate an inter-ethnic riot between the Israelis and Palestinians and hopefully allow him to take over their stores more easily.)

As Zohan and Phantom are working together to save the block, Dhalia appears, revealing that she is the Phantom's sister – or "Fattoush" as she calls him. Zohan's personal dossier allows him to discover the arsonists' true identities as rednecks hired by Walbridge. Zohan and Phantom lead the united Israelis and Palestinians of the block to save their shops, defeating the rednecks, thwarting Walbridge's plans, and damaging all of the shops on the block by using "The Sound" which is a combination of stereotypical Arabic rhythmic calling and stereotypical Hebrew "chhhh" sounds. The police arrive to arrest Walbridge for his crimes.

With the Israelis and the Palestinians united, the block is transformed into a collectively-owned mall, in which Zohan and Dhalia realize their dream, opening a joint beauty parlor. The Phantom also fulfills his lifelong passion of opening up a shoe store. The movie ends happily as Zohan's parents approve of his new wife (Dhalia) and hair salon, called "Dalohan," becoming customers themselves in a surprise visit.

Wall-E

Saturday morning. Early-bird. me and dear went to watch Wall-E. Wall-E is a Disney Pixar animation. The story is about a robot fall in love with another robot. Very nice and romantic animation.

1 more thing make sure u enter the cinema early. because it will have extra thing before the movie start. enjoy.
Movie Plot -
As revealed gradually during the film, by the early 22nd century the megacorporation Buy n Large assumed every economic service on Earth, including the government. Overrun by un-recycled waste, the planet eventually became so polluted that it could no longer support life. In an attempt to keep humanity alive, BnL CEO Shelby Forthright sponsored a five-year exodus from Earth aboard a fleet of executive starliners that would support every need for the humans with a fully-automated robot crew.
Hundreds of thousands of waste-disposal robots, known as "WALL-E" units, were left behind to clean up the planet by compacting the trash into cubes and stacking them into skyscraper-like towers for easy disposal. However, this plan was rejected when Forthright determined by 2110 that Earth was too toxic for return to ever be feasible. By 2815, almost seven hundred years later, only one WALL-E unit remains operational.

Centuries of prolonged activation have given this particular WALL-E sentience and a sense of curiosity. He collects items that he finds interesting among the refuse, gathers spare parts for himself from inactive WALL-E units, and frequently watches a videotape of the 1969 musical film Hello, Dolly!, especially the performances of "Put on Your Sunday Clothes" and "It Only Takes a Moment" (which becomes a key motif). This teaches him emotion, emphasizing the act of holding hands, which he interprets to be an act of showing love. Having ascribed to himself the need for one with whom to hold hands, and lacking anyone equivalent to himself, WALL-E is forlorn.

One day, WALL-E discovers a seedling plant, which he replants in an old shoe. Shortly afterward, a spaceship lands on Earth and deploys EVE , a feminine, probe-like robot sent from one of the starliners, the Axiom, with the directive of finding signs of plant life. But while, WALL-E immediately falls in love with her, and as EVE expresses fascination and amusement in his personality, she is only interested in carrying out her directive and not WALL-E's love. When WALL-E shows her the plant he found, she stores it inside herself and deactivates. WALL-E goes to great lengths to protect her motionless body until she is retrieved by the ship that delivered her. Distraught, WALL-E pursues the ship, clinging to the outer hull as it departs into the depths of space, eventually arriving onboard the Axiom.

After centuries of living in micro-gravity, the humans aboard the Axiom have lost considerable bone mass, rendering them too obese to stand or move without robotic assistance. Even the ship's commander, Captain B. McCrea has delegated all his duties to the ship's autopilot, aptly named "Auto" . As WALL-E follows EVE to the bridge of the ship, his unique behavior causes both humans and robots he meets on the way to act outside their normal routines, particularly M-O, a decontamination robot who learns to think for himself when he decides to follow WALL-E's filthy trail so he can clean him, and the humans John and Mary who, until bumping into WALL-E by accident, had been blind to the world around and each other, and become a couple.

EVE tries to present the plant to McCrea to place in the ship's holo-detector—a device which will activate an automatic hyperjump to Earth once it scans the plant—only to find it is missing. She is deemed to be malfunctional and sent to the robot-repair ward, along with WALL-E. Mistakenly thinking that the diagnostic machine is trying to hurt EVE, WALL-E takes and accidentally fires EVE's detached plasma cannon. This inadvertently frees the other malfunctioning robots in the repair ward who, along with EVE and WALL-E, become fugitives from security. Annoyed with WALL-E for causing the situation, EVE tries to send him back to Earth in an escape pod when McCrea's first mate GO-4 arrives and deposits the missing plant in the pod, indicating that he had stolen it without McCrea's knowledge. GO-4 sets the pod to self-destruct and launches it with WALL-E inside, but WALL-E manages to escape before it detonates, taking the plant with him. EVE is so happy at this that she gives WALL-E a "kiss" (an electrostatic discharge), and they dance around the Axiom, flying together through space.

EVE returns the plant to McCrea, WALL-E following shortly after. Curious to see images of Earth, the Captain projects EVE's security camera footage, which allows EVE to witness the lengths to which WALL-E went to protect her while she was deactivated, whereupon she falls in love with him. Having been enthralled by earlier images depicting life as it was before the rise of Buy n Large, McCrea is shocked by the environmental devastation on Earth depicted in EVE's recordings, and decides that humanity must return to Earth to make amends. Auto insists that they cannot return to Earth, and is forced to reveal that Shelby Forthright ordered the autopilots never to do so after his cleanup plan failed. Unable to disobey his directive, Auto stages a mutiny and tries to dispose of the plant. In the ensuing struggle, Auto violently shocks WALL-E and temporarily deactivates EVE, drops them both into a garbage chute along with the plant, and locks McCrea in his quarters.

After managing to avoid ejection into space among the trash in the ship's waste disposal facility thanks to the timely intervention of M-O, EVE dismisses her directive of bringing the plant to the ship's holo-detector in favor of attempting to repair WALL-E. WALL-E, however, selflessly insists that EVE carry out her directive and tells her that if they return to Earth, he may be saved with the spare parts he has stockpiled there. WALL-E and EVE escape with the plant and set out to find the holo-detector, with M-O tagging along. They are aided by McCrea, who directs them to the holo-detector from the confines of his quarters, and the malfunctioning robots, who help them fight off security. After tricking Auto into believing he has retrieved the plant, McCrea confronts and battles with Auto, and manages to activate the holo-detector, a pedestal which rises from the floor of the deck. Auto then tilts the ship on its side, piling the immobile humans in a corner. Auto attempts to retract the holo-detector again, but WALL-E jams it open with his own body, to EVE's horror. McCrea summons the strength to stand up unaided and manually overrides Auto, restoring order aboard the ship. The plant is placed in the holo-detector, releasing the severely damaged WALL-E and activating the hyperjump back to Earth.
Having arrived on Earth, EVE frantically repairs and reactivates WALL-E. However, the extent of the damage seems to have erased his memory and personality completely, making him return to his original directive. Heartbroken, and believing that the WALL-E she knew and loved is gone forever, EVE takes hold of his hand and gives him a "parting kiss". The resulting spark reboots WALL-E's memory and personality, and upon readjusting his eyes he instantly recognizes her and is ecstatic to find that EVE's hand is finally grasping his. As the two robots embrace for a tender kiss, humanity and robots alike begin working together to restore Earth's biosphere with a renewed sense of purpose, directed by the enthusiastic McCrea.

Batman The Dark Knight

Is Wednesday again. Tonight going to movie with dear :) . this time is Batman The Dark Knight.
According to newspaper this is the movie of the year. so must watch movie. Don't miss this movie ya.. (Batman is my favorable superhero.. haha... )

1 very cool figure by Bandai

Movie Plot -

The film begins with the Joker robbing a mob-owned bank with his accomplices, whom he tricks into killing each other before killing the last one himself. That night, a trio of Batman impersonators interrupts a meeting between mobsters and the Scarecrow. The real Batman appears and apprehends all of the criminals and impostors, but suffers injuries from dog bites, leading him to re-design his batsuit. Batman and Lieutenant James Gordon contemplate including new district attorney Harvey Dent in their plan to eradicate the mob, as he could be the public hero Batman cannot be. Bruce Wayne discovers the new D.A. is dating Rachel Dawes and chooses to host a fundraiser for Dent.

When mob bosses meet to discuss Batman, Gordon, and Dent, a Chinese mobster accountant, Lau, informs the gang leaders he has hidden their money to pre-empt a plan Gordon has hatched to seize the mobsters' funds. The Joker arrives unexpectedly, offering to kill Batman for half of their money, but the offer is refused. After Batman abducts Lau in Hong Kong and delivers him to the Gotham City police, the mobsters agree to hire the Joker. The Joker tells Gotham that if Batman does not turn himself in to police and publicly reveal his identity, people will die each day. When Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb and the judge presiding over the mob trials are murdered, Bruce decides to reveal his identity. Before he can, Dent announces that he himself is Batman and is arrested as part of a plan to draw the Joker out of hiding. The Joker attempts to ambush the police convoy carrying Dent, but Batman and Gordon intervene and arrest him; in recognition of his actions, Gordon is appointed police commissioner.

At the police station, Batman interrogates the Joker, who reveals that Dawes and Dent have been captured by corrupt police and placed in warehouses rigged with explosives on opposite sides of the city; they are far enough apart that Batman cannot save them both. Batman leaves to save Dawes, while Gordon and the police head after Dent. With the help of a bomb planted at the police station, the Joker escapes with Lau. Having been deceived by the Joker, who gave him reversed addresses, Batman arrives at Dent's location in time to save him, but the left side of Dent's face is burned in the explosion. Gordon does not arrive in time to save Dawes and she perishes. In the hospital, Dent is driven to madness over the loss of Dawes. After burning Lau with his half of the mob's money, the Joker goes to the hospital and convinces Dent to exact revenge on the corrupt cops and mobsters responsible for Dawes' death, as well as Batman and Gordon.

Dent, calling himself "Two-Face", goes on a personal vendetta confronting the cops and mobsters one by one, and deciding their fates with the flip of a coin. The Joker announces to the public that anyone left in Gotham at nightfall will be subject to his rule. With the bridges and tunnels out of the city closed due to a bomb threat by the Joker, authorities begin evacuating people by ferry. The Joker places explosives on two of the ferries—one ferry with convicts, the other with civilians—telling all the passengers the only way to save themselves is to trigger the explosives on the other ferry; otherwise, he will destroy both at midnight.

Batman locates the Joker and prevents him from destroying the ferries after the passengers on both decide not to destroy each other. The Joker acknowledges that Batman is truly incorruptible, but that Dent was not, and his madness has been unleashed upon the city. Subduing the Joker and leaving him for the SWAT team, Batman leaves in search of Dent. At the remains of the building where Dawes died, Batman finds Dent holding Gordon and his family at gunpoint. Dent judges the innocence of Batman, himself, and Gordon's son through coin tosses. He shoots Batman in the abdomen, but before Dent can determine the boy's fate, Batman tackles him, and they both fall over the side of the building. Dent appears dead, and Batman and Gordon realize the loss of morale the city would suffer if Dent's murders became known. Batman persuades Gordon to preserve Dent's image by holding Batman responsible for the murders. Gordon destroys the Bat-Signal, and a manhunt for Batman ensues.

Hancock

Wednesday is the best day to catch a movie(because it is cheap). Me and dear and also Andrew went to watch Hancock. A nice movie to be watch. Is another Superhero movie base on a comic.

Movie Plot -

John Hancock is an alcoholic with superhuman powers, including supersonic flight, invulnerability, immortality, and super-strength. Though he uses his powers to stop criminals in his current residence of Los Angeles, his activity inadvertently causes millions of dollars in property damage due to his constant intoxication. As a result, he is routinely jeered at the crime scenes. Hancock also ignores court subpoenas from the city of Los Angeles to address the property damage he has caused.

When public relations spokesperson Ray Embrey departs from an unsuccessful meeting pitching his All-Heart logo for corporations who are extraordinarily charitable—or wish to be perceived as such—he becomes trapped on railroad tracks with an incoming freight train. Hancock saves Ray's life, but he causes the train to derail and nearly injures another driver. Hancock is jeered by other drivers for causing more damage, but Ray steps in and thanks Hancock for saving his life. Ray offers to improve Hancock's public image, and Hancock grudgingly accepts. The spokesperson convinces the alcoholic superhero to permit himself to be jailed for outstanding subpoenas so they can show Los Angeles how much the city really needs Hancock. When the crime rate rises after Hancock's incarceration, the superhero is contacted by the Chief of Police. With a new costume from Ray, Hancock intervenes with a bank robbery, rescuing a cop and stopping the leader of the robbers, Red Parker.

After the rescue, Hancock is applauded for handling the bank robbery. The superhero becomes popular once more, as Ray had predicted. He goes out to dinner with Ray and his wife Mary, with whom he reveals his apparent immortality and his amnesia from 80 years ago. After Hancock tucks a drunken Ray in bed, he discovers that Mary also has superhuman powers. He threatens to expose her unless she explains their origins, and she tells him that they have lived for 3,000 years with their powers, having been called gods and angels in their time. She explains that they are the last of their kind and that their kind are paired. Mary does not tell Hancock the entire truth, and Hancock departs to tell Ray about the conversation. The exchange results in a battle between Hancock and Mary that takes them to downtown Los Angeles, causing significant damage to the area. Ray, downtown in a business meeting, sees and recognizes Mary using abilities like Hancock's.

Hancock is later shot twice in the torso when he intervenes in a liquor store robbery. After being hospitalized, Mary enters and explains that as the pair of immortals gets close, they begin to lose their powers. She also explains that Hancock was attacked in an alley 80 years prior, his skull was fractured, causing amnesia. Mary deserted him then in order for him to recover from his injuries. After her explanation, the hospital is raided by the bank robber Red Parker and two other criminals that Hancock had encountered during his incarceration. Mary is shot in the process. Hancock is able to stop two men but is further wounded by them. When Red attempts to finish Hancock off, Ray comes to the rescue and stops the bank robber with a fire axe. With Mary nearly dying, Hancock uses the last of his strength to flee from the hospital so that their parting would allow her to heal with her powers. He later winds up in New York City, working as a superhero. As gratitude to Ray, Hancock paints Ray's All-Heart logo on the moon and calls the spokesperson to look up to the worldwide advertisement.
